Refund & Exchange Policy

* Eligibility:

• Refunds or exchanges are available within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

* Process:

• Please note that the package must be received in full and should not be opened. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request a return within 48 hours of receiving it. You can request a return through WhatsApp : +201066399553 or DM on Instagram, and you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

• The refund amount will only be processed after we receive the returned item(s), inspect them, and confirm they are in their original condition. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund.

• NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR WHITE / OFF WHITE ITEMS / SENSITIVE MATERIALS
